Mark Kinzle

Director — Gas Operations Strategy and Performance

Mark Kinzle was named director — gas operations strategy and performance in June 2020. In that role he oversees employee training and development, operator qualifications, business effectiveness integration, technology advancement, and contract administration.

Kinzle previously served as director — gas operations planning at Peoples Gas and general manager at North Shore Gas, where he led the company to a successful agreement with its unionized workforce and met or exceeded goals for budget discipline and capital construction work. He also served in leadership roles at Peoples Gas in system integrity, construction, gas system support, implementation of new technologies and engineering. He started his career as an engineer at North Shore Gas, doing system design and overseeing pipeline inspections, before holding positions at Peoples Gas in meter testing and repair and strategic development/corporate planning.

Kinzle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and an MBA from Roosevelt University.
